SELECTION OF NEW STUDENT ADMISSIONS FOR ISI YOGYAKARTA
ACADEMIC YEAR 2019/2020
ISI Yogyakarta is a state university that is given the task and authority to organize higher education in the arts for Diploma, Bachelor, and Postgraduate programs.
I. UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM EDUCATION (S1)
The undergraduate education program at ISI Yogyakarta is carried out to produce academic and practitioner people who are creative, productive, as global Indonesian artists, namely scholars who have a mature soul and personality and are responsive to all forms of community aspirations and the development of art, science and technology for the welfare of society, nation and state.
II. APPLIED UNDERGRADUATE (D4) AND ASSOCIATE EXPERT (D3) EDUCATION PROGRAMS
Education for the Applied Bachelor Program (D4) and Associate Expert Program (D3) at ISI Yogyakarta is carried out to produce educated experts who are ready and mature in applying expertise in the field of study pursued and able to internalize the spirit of independence and entrepreneurship.
III. EDUCATION PROGRAM EXPERT PRATAMA (D1)
The Primary Expert Program (D1) education at ISI Yogyakarta is carried out to produce art practitioners and cultural assistants. This program is a collaboration between the Yogyakarta Regional Government and ISI Yogyakarta as a pilot for vocational education at the Yogyakarta State Community Academy of Arts and Culture (AKNSBY).
IV. POSTGRADUATE PROGRAM EDUCATION
Postgraduate Program Education at ISI Yogyakarta is organized to provide opportunities to expand access to further education for undergraduate graduates who will more intensely pursue the field of art creation and study as well as art governance at the S2 and S3 levels. The mechanism and selection system for new Postgraduate student admissions are regulated separately by the Postgraduate Program.

VI. CONTRIBUTION TO INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Students who are accepted through the independent pathway are required to pay an Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) of IDR 5,000,000, - (Five Million Rupiah) paid during new student registration.

ISI Yogyakarta's New Student Admission Selection System is organized through the National Selection of State Universities (SNMPTN), Joint Selection of State Universities (SBMPTN), and Independent selection.

B. SBMPTN PATHWAY
This is national selection pattern organized by the State University Entrance Test Institute (LTMPT). State Universities (LTMPT) based on the results of the Computer-Based Written Test (UTBK) and Portfolio.

C. INDEPENDENT PATH
It is an open selection for all high school / vocational high school graduates and is carried out independently at the ISI Yogyakarta campus, through the pathway:
1.MANDIRI Diploma Program
Diploma Program Independent Path Selection is carried out for D3 Animation, D3 Batik and Fashion, and D4 Music Presentation Study Programs.
2. MANDIRI Diploma and Bachelor Program
Selection of Independent Pathways for Diploma and Undergraduate Programs is carried out for all D3, D4, and S1 Study Programs at ISI Yogyakarta (including D3 Animation Study Program, D3 Batik and Fashion, and D4 Music Presentation).
3. FURTHER EDUCATION
This program is held specifically to provide opportunities for graduates of the D3 Diploma Program in a similar / linear study program for further study at at ISI Yogyakarta with the following requirements:
- Submit a letter of request to the Rector
- Attach a photocopy of D3/equivalent diploma and / or legalized transcripts
- Attach a photocopy of the original Study Program Accreditation Decree

VIII. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Participants are required to have health requirements so that not interfere with the smooth learning process as follows:
- Faculty of Performing Arts: Healthy lungs, ENT, no physical disabilities, deafness, stuttering that can interfere with the study process, and specifically for the Dance, Theater, Sendratasik, Pedalangan Study Programs are required not to be color blind according to a specialist doctor.
- Faculty of Fine Arts: Not color blind according to a specialist, not physically handicapped, with a stutter that could interfere with the study process.

C. Self-Selection Pathway
1.TERMS

Registration is carried out with reference to the predetermined schedule. Out-of-town participants are given the opportunity to send the data verification and validation file by post / document delivery service, provided that the file must be received by the committee according to a predetermined schedule. Delay in delivery/submission is not the responsibility of the committee and will not be served.
2. REGISTRATION FEE
- The registration fee borne by participants is IDR 200,000,- (Two hundred thousand rupiah).
- Registration fee can be paid at all Bank BNI counters (teller, ATM, Internet Banking) throughout Indonesia.
- Registration fees that have been paid cannot be withdrawn for any reason.

X. SCHOLARSHIP
Scholarships available at ISI Yogyakarta include: BIDIKMISI, Academic Achievement Improvement Scholarship (PPA), Supersemar Scholarship, DKI Provincial Government Scholarship, East Kalimantan Provincial Government Scholarship, DIY Provincial Government Scholarship, PT Djarum Scholarship.
