SNMPTN New Student Admission Selection Guide for Academic Year 2019/2020

ISI Yogyakarta organizes the selection of New Student Admissions for the National Selection Pathway for State Universities (SNMPTN) at the Faculty and Study Program as follows:

II. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. SNMPTN is carried out based on the results of tracking academic achievement by using report cards and academic portfolios. The report card used is semester 1 (one) to semester 5 (five) for SMA/SMK/MA with a study period of 3 (three) years. 5 (five) semesters for SMA / SMK / MA with a study period of 3 (three) years or semester 1 (one) to semester 7 (seven) for SMK with a study period of 4 (four) years. 4 (four) years of study.
  2. Schools whose students participate in the SNMPTN must have a National School Identification Number (NPSN) and fill in student achievement data in PDSS completely and correctly. data in PDSS completely and correctly.
  3. Students who are eligible to participate in the selection are students who have a National Student Identification Number (NISN), have a superior and track record of academic achievement in PDSS.
  4. Students who have passed SNMPTN, are not allowed to participate in SBMPTN.
  5. Students come from all study programs / majors (SMA / SMK / MA and equivalent)

III. SPECIAL PROVISIONS

A. School Requirements

  • SMA/SMK/MA that has an NPSN.
  • Filling in the School and Student Database (PDSS)

B. Student Enrollment Requirements

  1. High school / vocational school / MA students in the last grade in 2019 who have excellent achievements.
  2. Have an NISN and be registered with PDSS.
  3. Have report cards from semester 1 to 5 that have been filled in by the school in PDSS or have report cards from semester 1 to 7 for students with 4 years of study equivalent.
  4. Have academic achievement and upload portfolio as required.
  5. Meet health requirements so as not to interfere with the smooth learning process as follows:
    • Faculty of Performing Arts : Healthy lungs, ENT, no physical disabilities, deafness, stuttering that can interfere with the study process, and specifically for Dance, Theater, Sendratasik, Pedalangan Study Programs are required not to be color blind according to a specialist doctor.
    • Faculty of Fine Arts: Not color blind according to a specialist, not physically handicapped, stuttering and stuttering, which may interfere with the study process.
    • Faculty of Recording Media Arts: Not color blind according to a specialist, not physically handicapped, stuttering and stuttering, which may interfere with the study process.

C. PTN Admission

Participants are accepted at ISI Yogyakarta, if:

  1. graduated from senior high school/vocational/middle school education unit;
  2. passed the 2019 SNMPTN; and
  3. pass data verification and fulfill other requirements that have been determined by ISI Yogyakarta

IV. STAGES OF FOLLOWING SNMPTN

Stages of following SNMPTN are carried out as follows:

A. PDSS Filling and Verification

B. Ranking

  1. Student ranking is carried out by the Higher Education Entrance Test Institute (LTMPT) system based on subject scores as follows:
    • Science majors: Math, Bahasa Indonesia, English, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
    • Social Studies majors: Math, Indonesian, English, Sociology, Economics, and Geography.
    • Language majors: Mathematics, Indonesian, English, Indonesian Literature, Anthropology, and one of the Foreign Languages.
    • SMK: Mathematics, Indonesian Language, English Language, and Expertise Competencies (Vocational Theory and Vocational Practice).
  2. Based on the academic achievement ranking conducted by LTMPT, eligible students are allowed to register for SNMPTN 2019 with the provision of School Accreditation:
    • A accreditation, the best 40% in the school;
    • B accreditation, the best 25% in the school;
    • C accreditation, the best 5% in the school;

C. SNMPTN Registration

  1. Student Applicants who meet the ranking criteria by LTMPT, using NISN and login password to the 2019 SNMPTN page http://www.web.snmptn.ac.id to register.
  2. Student Registrars fill in their biodata, choice of PTN, and choice of study program. study program, and upload (upload) recent official passport and additional achievement documents additional achievements (if any).

V. SNMPTN SCHEDULE

Schedule the implementation of SNMPTN 2019 is as follows:

  • SNMPTN registration on the date February 4 to 14, 2019

VI. COST AND CAPACITY

A. Registration Fee

Applicants are free of charge free of charge. The cost of organizing SNMPTN is fully borne by the Government.

B. Tuition Fees and Capacity

  • New Student Tuition Fees for the 2019/2020 Academic Year are paid at the beginning of each semester according to the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) rates set.
