Yogyakarta, 20 January 2026 - The Faculty of Recording Media Arts (FSMR), Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Yogyakarta held a Full Lecturer Meeting to discuss a number of strategic agendas of the faculty, including the Impact Internship program, work programs in the academic, financial and general fields, as well as the fields of student affairs, alumni, and cooperation. The meeting was attended by faculty leaders along with all FSMR lecturers as a forum for coordination and academic policy making.
One of the main points discussed in the meeting was the Impact Internship, as a program aimed at improving the quality of learning while strengthening students' readiness to face the world of work. Through this program, students are expected to gain real experience through direct involvement with industry and professional partners relevant to the field of art and recording media.
In the discussion of the academic field, the meeting highlighted the evaluation of learning implementation, strengthening the curriculum, and improving the quality of academic processes to be more adaptive to the development of science and technology, as well as responsive to the needs of the creative industry. In this session, plans for various faculty academic activities for the upcoming period were also presented.


Meanwhile, in terms of finance and general affairs, the meeting explained budget management, provision of facilities and infrastructure support, and steps to optimize administrative services. These efforts are made to ensure the smooth implementation of the tridarma of higher education in the FSMR environment, as well as to support the effectiveness of services for the academic community.
As for the field of student affairs, alumni, and cooperation, the discussion focused on developing student programs, strengthening student achievement, increasing the role of alumni, and expanding cooperation networks with strategic partners. This cooperation network includes various parties, ranging from industry, educational institutions, to creative communities.
In addition to the strategic agenda of these fields, the meeting also emphasized FSMR's commitment in supporting the development of the Integrity Zone towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM). This affirmation is directed at strengthening governance, improving the quality of public services, and internalizing the values of integrity, transparency, and accountability in the faculty environment.
Through this Complete Lecturer Meeting, FSMR ISI Yogyakarta affirms steps to strengthen cross-field synergies while realizing faculty governance that is increasingly professional, has integrity, and has a positive impact on the entire academic community.
