Magelang, November 24, 2025 - Business team Artamotion.id, which is engaged in animation and digital illustration training, won the 2nd runner-up in the category of Services, Tourism and Trade Stages of Growth in the KMI-Award event at KMI-EXPO XVI at Tidar University, Magelang.
KMI-EXPO is the largest student entrepreneurship exhibition in Indonesia that brings together more than 250 universities and around 450 student business teams. The competition is a prestigious event for entrepreneurial students to present their innovations, business achievements, and business development strategies in front of national judges.
To be able to achieve achievements at this event, the business team must go through a rigorous selection process, starting from the Implementation Progress Assessment (PKP) to the live presentation session during the exhibition. Team Artamotion.id which is engaged in animation and digital illustration training consists of students of Animation and Television Study Program, with Nissa Fijriani, M.Sn., as the accompanying lecturer.
This year, ISI Yogyakarta sent three business teams to KMI-EXPO XVI:
- Artamotion.id (Services, Tourism, and Trade category)
- Arteebox.id (Creative Industry, Arts, and Culture Category)
- Nonna.id (Food and Beverage Category)
The three teams are part of ISI Yogyakarta's Student Entrepreneurship Program (PMW) which later won P2MW 2025 national funding from Belmawa. This success shows the quality of entrepreneurship coaching on campus and the increasing interest of art students to develop creativity-based businesses.
Artamotion.id's achievement also received appreciation from various parties, including the accompanying lecturers and fellow participants who also supported during the competition process. The team members expressed their gratitude to the coaches, mentors, and teammates who contributed to their journey to achieve awards at the national level.
This achievement emphasizes that art students not only excel in the artistic field, but are also able to compete in the entrepreneurial world. ISI Yogyakarta again shows its commitment in supporting innovation and independence of student businesses through various entrepreneurship development programs.
