ISI Yogyakarta, October 17, 2025 - Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Yogyakarta held an HR Development activity for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) with the theme "Development of ASN Discipline and Character through UN Training", Friday (17/10). This activity is an effort to strengthen the character, responsibility, and work ethic of the state civil apparatus within ISI Yogyakarta.
The activity took place in three sessions. The first session was filled with a general briefing and briefing on ASN discipline which emphasized the importance of professionalism, integrity, and responsibility in carrying out public service duties.
The second session continued with a marching regulation exercise as a means of character building, discipline, and cohesiveness among employees. Through this activity, participants were invited to foster a sense of responsibility and teamwork in an educational yet fun atmosphere.
The third session was filled with games of togetherness, chain messages, and drafting joint commitments, as a form of reflection and strengthening of collaborative values among participants.
The activity was closed by handing over certificates to all participants as a symbol of appreciation and motivation to continue to develop professionalism and discipline at work.
Through this activity, ISI Yogyakarta emphasizes its commitment to building superior human resources, discipline, and character, in line with the institution's vision in realizing professional university governance, integrity, and oriented towards excellent public services.
