ISI Yogyakarta held a Technical Guidance (Bimtek) for the Preparation of Performance-Based Budget Planning based on the Budget Business Plan (RBA) in order to support the Revitalization Program for State Universities (PR-PTN). This activity was held on September 2, 2025, in Meeting Room 3, ISI Yogyakarta Rectorate Building,
The technical guidance began with an opening filled with singing the Indonesia Raya song, remarks from the Managing Director of the ISI Yogyakarta Revitalization Program Agustinus Dwi Nugroho, S.I.Kom., M.Sn., and remarks from the Vice Rector for Finance and General Affairs of ISI Yogyakarta Dr. Suryati, M.Hum. who also opened the technical guidance today.
The main material was delivered in two sessions. The first session presented Dr. Wisnu Sunarto, S.IP., M.M. with the topic of budget planning management in Public Service Agency (BLU) Satker, including differences in planning between satker and BLU, preparation of business strategy plans, and preparation of RBA. The second session presented Sigit Cahyono, S.E., M.Pd., who discussed the preparation of BLU PNBP targets, the process of preparing RKAKL, and differences in mechanisms between satker and BLU. Both sessions were guided by moderator Wijono, S.IP.
The activity ended with filling out a feedback survey from participants. Through this technical guidance, it is hoped that all units at ISI Yogyakarta will be better prepared to manage the budget professionally, transparently, and according to the principles of performance-based financial governance, in line with the revitalization efforts of state universities.
