ISI Yogyakarta held an Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) at the institute level on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at the ISI Yogyakarta Art Laboratory. This activity was attended by all new students from various faculties as an initial step in getting to know the academic environment, campus culture, and noble values upheld at ISI Yogyakarta.
Through PKKMB, students are introduced to the vision and mission, campus governance, and opportunities for collaboration across art disciplines which are the main strengths of ISI Yogyakarta. The series of events also presented remarks from leaders, motivational sessions, academic support units within ISI Yogyakarta to the introduction of student organizations as a forum for self-development.
By attending PKKMB, new students are expected to be ready to embark on an academic journey, adapt to campus life, and grow into a creative and innovative generation that is able to make a real contribution to the world of art, culture, and society at large. After attending the institute-level PKKMB, new ISI Yogyakarta students will attend the faculty-level PKKMB the next day.
