ISI Yogyakarta Film and Television students win third place in environmental video competition

Students of Film and Television Study Program, Faculty of Recording Media Arts, ISI Yogyakarta won third place in the 2024 Environmental Video Competition. This competition began on March 31, 2024 and on August 8 to 11, 2024. This year, the national level documentary short film competition organized by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry carries the theme "Real Steps of the Young Generation to Overcome Triple Planetary Crisis". The video produced by R.Zidan Adamme, Luthfan Zamuel and Lutfyana Aida made it into the top 10 best videos and finally won third place.

The Environmental Video Competition (LVL) or short environmental documentary film organized by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (MoEF) is a competition that aims to increase public awareness and participation in environmental issues. This activity generally involves making videos or short documentary films that address various topics related to environmental protection and nature preservation such as water pollution, air pollution, land damage control, peat ecosystem damage and coastal marine damage.

The work of ISI Yogyakarta Film and Television students is assessed from the aspects of suitability of the work with friends, storytelling, cinematography and creativity. The achievements obtained by Film and Television Study Program students are expected to be able to inspire ISI Yogyakarta students so as to further enhance the reputation of ISI Yogyakarta as an art college.
