Program teaching practitioner is an innovative initiative that combines professional experience with formal education. The main objective of the program is to bring practical insights and expertise from the industrial world directly to classroom learning, so that students gain a deeper and more relevant understanding of their field of study. The program involves industry practitioners-experienced professionals and experts in their fields-to be directly involved in the learning process. They not only provide lectures or subject matter, but also share real-life experiences and insights that are often not found in textbooks.

This collaboration with practitioners is crucial to improving the quality of learning as it has practical relevance. Students gain up-to-date and direct knowledge from the source, helping them understand how theory is applied in practice. In addition, it also provides connection with the real world by Collaborating with practitioners gives students the opportunity to build professional networks and open up career opportunities. This program also hands-on experience for mStudents can learn from case studies, real projects, and challenges faced by practitioners in their daily work.

The program runs during the period September - October 2024 with structured stages, starting with the selection of practitioners. The study program collaborates with various companies and institutions to invite practitioners who are relevant to the courses taught. Followed by the implementation of in-class collaboration. Practitioners fill the role of guest lecturer, mentor, or facilitator in class projects, providing valuable industry perspective and experience. The program will then monitor and evaluate the implementation of the collaboration with the Practitioner.

There are several courses that will collaborate with teaching practitioners, including: Photography with Agus Leonardus with competence in Photography, DKV Graphic Information with Arief Budiman with competence in Graphic Design, DKV Creative Media with Andika Dwi Jatmiko with competence in Brand Communicator, DKV Projek Design with Subiyantoro with competence in Graphic Design of Cultural Preservation Program, Sequential Drawing Art with Iwan Nazif with competence in Comic Illustrator, Audio Visual with Ninndi Raras with competence in Film & TV Commercial Director, Presentation Technique with Lusy Laksita who is competent in MC Professional & Public Speaker Trainer, Advertising Communication with Riky Riyantobi who is competent in Head of People Semesta, Animation Film with Ermambang Bendung who is competent in Concept Artist, Typography with Rahmad Kurniawan who is competent in Graphic Design, and Animation with Hizkia Subiyantoro who is competent in Animator & Visual Storyteller.
