Cooperation with the World Business World Industry (DUDI) has been carried out by the Dance Study Program. This collaboration is mainly carried out by lecturers and students of Dance Study Program, with various Dudi partners from various fields. Cooperation between Dance Study Program and the World of Business Industry (DUDI) music is important, considering that dance cannot be separated from music. Kla Project became one of the DUDI partners in 2023.
In 2023 Kla Project and Dance Study Program collaborated in the 35th KLA Project Harmony Light concert performance at the Tennis Indoor Senayan Jakarta field on November 1, 2023. In this collaboration, dance students collaborated with Kla Project in one song of their creation. The collaboration involved 20 dance students as dancers who were staged at that time. Through this collaboration, both the Dance Study Program institution and the Kla Project music industry can gain significant benefits.
Collaboration with industry opens up opportunities for students to build professional networks early on. In addition, they gain knowledge and insight into DUDI in terms of production, management, artistic collaboration and so on. This collaborative project not only enriches the learning experience but also produces work that can be exhibited in the industry.
Collaboration between educational institutions and DUDI is a strategic step to prepare students for the competitive and dynamic world of work. With this collaboration, not only skills and knowledge are gained by students, but also innovation and creativity in the industry can continue to grow. Through solid partnerships, we can create a brighter future full of opportunities for future generations in the world of performing arts.
