Two ISI Yogyakarta Lecturers participated in the 1st International Staff Week Hungarian University of Fine Arts

Two ISI Yogyakarta lecturers participated in the 1st International Staff Week Hungarian University of Fine Arts on April 22-26, 2024 at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts, Budapest, Andrássy St. 69-71. The two lecturers are Nadiah Tunikmat from the Department of Fine Arts, Faculty of Fine Arts and Agni Saraswati from the Department of Film and Television, Faculty of Recording Media Arts, ISI Yogyakarta. The participation of two ISI Yogyakarta lecturers in the activity is a form of implementation of cooperation between ISI Yogyakarta and the Hungarian University of Fine Arts.

In the program, the two lecturers introduced Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta and presented material about Jogja Agro Pop, Art in Yogyakarta and Indonesian Contemporary Fine Art to the Hungarian University of Fine Arts academic community as the host and invited guests from various foreign universities. Aside from being a form of cooperation implementation, the purpose of participating in the program is to strengthen international networks through university introductions, dialogues about partnerships and internationalization, presentations and workshops. The foreign universities that participated in this program were City University of Hiroshima (Japan), Takoradi Technical University (Ghána), University of Baroda (India), University of Montenegro (Montenegro), Adam Mickiewicz University (Poland), University of Arts and Design (Germany), University of the Arts, Helsinki (Finland), University of Saarbrücken (Germany), University of Malta (Malta), and Sino-European Foundation of Chinese Culture and Educatio.

The program has run smoothly and successfully so that it is expected to open up opportunities for further cooperation with international networks, especially universities in Asia and Europe. With this effort, ISI Yogyakarta's goal of becoming an internationally reputable university will be easier to realize.
