ISI Yogyakarta Vice Rector III Releases Contingent of XVII National Student Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ)

Vice Rector III of Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta Dr. Muhammad Kholid Arif Rozaq, S.Hut., M.M. released the ISI Yogyakarta contingent who will participate in the XVII National Student Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ). This MTQMN was held at Brawijaya University, Malang on November 3 to 10, 2023.

The MTQMN activity in 2023 is one of the activities of the higher education talent event which aims to develop the talents and interests of students in the field of Tilawatil Quran art. MTQMN is organized every two years by the Ministry of Education and Culture as an effort to stimulate the emergence of student talents in the field of Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ).

On this occasion, Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta sent 14 students who will participate in 6 competitions, namely Khaththil Qur'an Decoration (Male and Female), Khaththil Qur'an Contemporary (Male and Female), Musabaqah Scientific Writing on the content of the Qur'an, Musabaqah Syarhil Qur'an, Musabaqah Tilawatil (Male) and Musabaqah Tartil (Male and Female). ISI Yogyakarta students who participated in the 2023 MTQMN, among others:

The hope is that the ISI Yogyakarta contingent students who have been selected through various selections can bring the good name of ISI Yogyakarta and can be an example of change with attitudes and behavior and bring a positive climate.
