On Tuesday, March 29, 2022, a Management Review Meeting of the Internal Quality Audit Results for 2021 was held at KJ Hotel Yogyakarta. The Management Review Meeting is an annual agenda and is a cycle of activities from the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) ISI Yogyakarta. The main purpose of the implementation of the Management Review Meeting (TM) is to review the results of the implementation of the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) in front of the Institution's leaders. Present at the Management Review Meeting were; ISI Yogyakarta Rector, Assistant Rector 1, Assistant Rector 2, Assistant Rector 3, Deans and Assistant Dean I at ISI Yogyakarta, Chairperson & Secretary of the Quality Assurance Unit, Chairperson & Secretary of the Education Development Center Unit, Head of BAAKPSI, and Secretary of LPPM ISI Yogyakarta.
At this Management Review Meeting, it was discussed about the results of AMI 2021 which had been carried out using eSPMI. In general, the findings of AMI 2021 are as follows: the standard of competence of graduates needs to be improved, the standard of learning content, the number of credits completed for theory and practice, the number of S3 lecturers, and research points are still lacking in terms of financing. From these findings, the recommendations from Ami in 2021 are sharpening the form of undergraduate and applied undergraduate degrees, increasing graduate competencies, adjusting learning in terms of theory and practice credits, increasing the number of doctoral lecturers, and increasing research points in terms of financing. In addition to these matters, it was also discussed about the Study Program Management Unit which will be determined through the Chancellor's Decree and the need for determination of exceedances. From the Management Review Meeting, it can be concluded that eSPMI will be continued with improvements, weaknesses in the system will be refined, and exceedances are expected to be immediately determined by the Senate of the Institute.
