Based on the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 03 of 2022 dated January 17, 2022 concerning the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities Level 3, Level 2 and Level 1. Corona Virus Disease 2019 in the Java and Bali Region, and pay attention:

  1. Joint Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture, Research and Technology, Minister of Religious Affairs, Minister of Health and Minister of Home Affairs Number 05/KB/2021, Number 1347 of 2021, Number HK.01.08/MENKES/6678/2021, Number 443-5847 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Learning during the Pandemic. Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19).
  2. Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 15 of 2021 dated July 2, 2021 concerning the Implementation of Restrictions on Emergency Community Activities Corona Virus Disease 2019 in Java and Bali Region.
  3. Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 of 2021 dated July 2, 2021 concerning Adjustments to the Work System of State Civil Apparatus Employees during the Implementation Period of Restrictions on Emergency Community Activities Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) in Java and Bali.
  4. Circular Letter of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Number 11 of 2021 dated July 2, 2021 concerning the Implementation of Restrictions on Emergency Community Activities and Restrictions on Traveling Outside the Region and/or Leave During the 2021 National Holidays during the Pandemic Period Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) for Employees within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.
  5. Instruction of the Governor of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Number 17/INST/2021 dated July 2, 2021 concerning the Implementation of Restrictions on Emergency Public Activities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta for the Control of the Spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19).
  6. Circular Letter of the Rector of Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta Number 56//IT4/HK/2022 dated January 4, 2022 concerning the Implementation of Restrictions on Level 2 Community Activities Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) at Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta.

it is necessary to implement the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) within the Yogyakarta Institute of Arts. As for the regulation of the implementation of restrictions on official activities to control the spread of Covid-19 at Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta are as follows:

  1. The teaching and learning process is carried out online and limited offline, with provisions according to the Rector's Circular Letter Number 3257/IT4/HK/2021 dated September 24, 2021 concerning Online and Face-to-Face Learning (Offline) for the 2021/2022 Academic Semester at Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta.
  2. Leaders (Rector, Assistant Rector, Dean, Assistant Dean, Postgraduate Director, Assistant Director, Postgraduate Program Manager, Head of Department / Head of Study Program, Secretary of Department / Secretary of Study Program, Head of LPPM, Head of Bureau, and Head of UPT Library) are present in accordance with the target activity program.
  3. The process of implementing essential activities includes: finance/payment is carried out by 100%, office attendance is in accordance with achievement targets by implementing strict health protocols.
  4. The process of implementing critical activities includes: national priority activity programs, construction work, security and cleanliness carried out by 100%, office attendance according to achievement targets by implementing strict health protocols.
  5. The process of implementing official activities for education personnel and administrative contract personnel is carried out according to work targets with 50% (fifty percent) attendance according to working hours and following strict health protocols.
  6. Work unit leaders (Dean, Postgraduate Director, Head of LPPM, Head of Bureau, and Head of UPT Library) are required to organize their respective units in the management/assignment of tasks to handle governance, administration, cleanliness, and security in accordance with the target.
  7. Each employee submits a work report to their immediate supervisor every day.
  8. Meeting activities that cannot be postponed are a maximum of 50% (fifty percent) of the room capacity, and others online.
  9. The implementation of worship activities at the Al-Mukhtar Mosque, Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta functions as a place of worship with a maximum of 75% (seventy-five percent) capacity or 75 (seventy-five) people by strictly implementing health protocols.

If there is urgent work and requires immediate completion, the leader has the right to call the tendik who is on WFH to come to campus. Therefore, communication devices should always be in active condition.

This circular is valid from January 18 - 24, 2022, and will be evaluated accordingly.
