ISI Yogyakarta Organizes 3rd Annual Sysposium of Arts, Technology and Humanities 2021

ISI Yogyakarta bali organized 3rd Annual Sysposium of Arts, Technology and Humanities 2021. This symposium was held for two days from November 10 to 11, 2021. On November 10, 2021, The 4thth International Conference on Performing Arts (ICPA) and on November 11, 2021, The 2nd International Conference on Intermedia Arts and Creative Technology (Creativearts). Both international conferences were held online using the Zoom link because the Covid-19 pandemic has not yet ended. This international conference was also broadcast live through ISI Yogyakarta's Youtube channel.

In 2021, the theme of the International Conference on Performing Arts is "Strenthening Musical Potential as a Humanism Reconstruction Model". To discuss the topic above, the conference will present some of the following keynote speakers from various countries. Academics invited as speakers in this international conference include Prof. Djohan (Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta, Indonesia), Prof. Phakkarawat Sittipraparon (Mae Fah Laung University, Thailand), Prof. Michael Ellison (University of Bristol, United Kingdom), Prof. Made Mantle Hood (Tainan National University of The Arts, Taiwan) and Prof. Marcus Stueck (DPFA Academy Work & Health, Germany). This international conference will be moderated by Dr. Raharja, M. Si. (Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta, Indonesia).

The theme of this year's International Conference on Intermedia Arts and Creative Technology (Creativearts) is "The Advancement of the Arts and Technology for Humanity. In 2021 Creativearts presented keynote speakers among others Prof. Dr. M. Dwi Marianto (Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta, Indonesia), Prof, Dr. Istvan Eros (Hungarian University of Fine Arts, Hungary), Dr. Svenja J. Kartz (University of Tasmania, Australia) and Dr. Stevanie Wuschitz (Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, Austria). The International Conference on Intermedia Arts and Creative Technology (Creativearts) will be moderated by Kurniawan Saputro, Ph.D (Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta, Indonesia).

In this series of international symposiums, presentations of selected papers at two international conferences were also held. The papers presented at these two international conferences totaled 24 papers. The presenters of the selected papers in this conference came from within and outside the country.

Implementation 3rd The 2021 Annual Sysposium of Arts, Technology and Humanities was opened by the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Prof. Dr. M. Agus Burhan, M.Hum., on November 10, 2021 and closed by Dr. St. Hanggar Budi Prasetya, S.Sn., M.Si. as Assistant Rector I of ISI Yogyakarta. This symposium was also carried out in collaboration with several ISI Yogyakarta partners as co-hosts such as the University of Bristol, Eszterhazy Kalory University, Mae Fah Luang University, University of Tazmania, Academy of Fine Arts Viena, Tainan National University of the Arts, Nusantara, Sanata Dharma University, Ideas Lab, ISBI Bandung, Prof. Dr. Moestopo University, Islamic University of Indonesia and Duta Wacana Christian University.
