Berdasarkan data dari Satgas Covid-19 Pemerintah Kabupaten Bantul, masa berlaku tanggal 22 Juni – 5 Juli 2021 Kabupaten Bantul dalam kondisi zona beresiko tinggi penyebaran Covid-19 serta memperhatikan:

  1. Circular Letter of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Number 9 of 2021, dated June 18, 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Work From Home Policy at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in the Context of Corona Prevention and Handling Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19).
  2. Surat Edaran Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 1 Tahun 2021 tentang Pemberlakuan Kembali Jangka Waktu dan Pembatasan Aktivitas Luar  Rumah di Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan.
  3. Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 01 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Activity Restrictions for the Control of the Spread of Covid-19.
  4. Circular Letter of the Secretary General Number 20 of 2020 dated June 4, 2020 concerning the Work System of Employees of the Ministry of Education and Culture in the New Normal Order.
  5. Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 58 of 2020 dated May 29, 2020 concerning the Work System of State Civil Apparatus Employees in the New Normal Order.

  8. Surat Edaran Gubernur Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Nomor 34/SE/V/2021 tanggal 15 Juni 2021 tentang Perpanjangan Pelaksanaan Tata Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam Masa Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19).
  9. Surat Edaran Rektor Nomor 2156/IT4/HK/2021 tanggal 21 Juni 2021 Tentang Perpanjangan Keenambelas Pengetatan Secara Terbatas Sistem Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Lingkungan Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta.

maka perlu perpanjangan ketujuhbelas Surat Edaran Rektor Nomor 2156/IT4/HK/2021 tanggal 21 Juni 2021 tentang Pengetatan Secara Terbatas Sistem Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Lingkungan Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta.

The regulation of the implementation of activity restrictions to control the spread of Covid-19 in the ISI Yogyakarta environment are as follows:

  1. The teaching-learning process for lecturers is conducted online.
  2. Leaders (Rector, Assistant Rector, Dean, Assistant Dean, Postgraduate Director, Assistant Director, Postgraduate Program Manager, Head of Department / Head of Study Program, Secretary of Department / Secretary of Study Program, Head of LPPM, Head of Bureau, and Head of UPT Library) must be present at least 2 days per week.
  3. The process of implementing the official activities of education personnel and administrative contract personnel is carried out online and offline by implementing working from home for 75% and working in the office for 25%, by strictly enforcing health protocols.
  4. The duties of security guards and cleaning personnel are regulated by the head of each work unit.
  5. Leaders of work units (Dean, Postgraduate Director, Head of LPPM, Head of Bureau, and Head of UPT Library) are required to organize their respective units in the management / assignment of tasks to handle governance, administration, cleanliness, and security with a picket or shift system.
  6. Each employee submits their work report to their direct supervisor every day via Email or WA.
  7. Meeting activities that cannot be postponed involve a maximum of 3 (three) people offline, and others online.

If there is urgent work that requires immediate completion, please arrange it with the head of each work unit. Therefore, communication tools should always be in active condition.

Surat edaran ini berlaku dari tanggal 29 Juni – 5 Juli 2021, dan akan dievaluasi sesuai dengan perkembangan.
