Based on Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number: 67 of 2020 dated September 4, 2020 concerning Amendments to Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 58 of 2020 concerning the Work System of State Civil Apparatus Employees in the New Normal Order, and taking into account:

1. Circular Letter of the Secretary General Number 20 of 2020 dated June 4, 2020 concerning the Work System of Employees of the Ministry of Education and Culture in the New Normal Order.
2. Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 58 of 2020 dated May 29, 2020 concerning the Work System of State Civil Apparatus Employees in the New Normal Order.
3. Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 57 of 2020 dated May 28, 2020 concerning the Fourth Amendment to Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 19 of 2020 concerning Adjustments to the Work System of State Civil Apparatus in Efforts to Prevent the Spread of Coronavirus Covid-19 in the Government Agency Environment.
4. Letter of the Director General of Higher Education Number 262/E.E2/KM/2020 dated March 23, 2020 concerning Learning During the Pandemic Emergency Period Covid-19.
5. Surat Keputusan Gubernur Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Nomor 358/KEP/2020 tanggal   25 November 2020 tentang Penetapan Perpanjangan Ketujuh Status Tanggap Darurat Bencana Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
6. Surat Keputusan Bupati Bantul Nomor 501 Tahun 2020 tanggal 27 Oktober 2020 tentang Perpanjangan Keenam Status Tanggap Darurat Bencana Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) di Kabupaten Bantul.
7. Surat Edaran Rektor Nomor 4687/IT4/HK/2020, tanggal 2 November 2020 tentang Perpanjangan Kesembilan Sistem Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam Tahapan Tatanan Normal Baru di Lingkungan Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta

Maka Surat Edaran Rektor Nomor 5173/IT4/HK/2020, tanggal 13 November 2020 tentang Perpanjangan Kesepuluh Sistem Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam Tahapan Tatanan Normal Baru di Lingkungan Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta diperpanjang sampai dengan tanggal 14 Desember 2020 and will be further evaluated in accordance with developments.

If there is urgent work and requires immediate completion, please be arranged by the head of each work unit.. Therefore, communication devices should always be in active condition.
