Student Entrepreneurship Program (PMW) 2020

Various aspects of human life are currently being affected by the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the business world, both large and small, which has been hit hard because economic activity has slowed down. Business actors must immediately take strategic steps so that their businesses can survive.
It is a challenge to pioneer and run a business in the midst of uncertain conditions. If we are observant, there are still many business opportunities that we can seize according to the needs of today's society amid the pressure of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Seeing this situation, the Student Entrepreneurship Program (PMW) as a basic learning activity about entrepreneurship for ISI Yogyakarta students will be rolled out starting in May 2020. As a form of concern for the current conditions, the PMW program this time will carry a special theme "Survive Entrepreneurship in the midst of the Covid 19 Pandemic". With this theme, students will be given a stimulus to develop new and existing businesses so that they can survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic so that it has a positive impact on themselves and their surrounding environment.

In the first stage of selection, students are asked to prepare a business proposal that will be run.
The PMW Proposal format can be downloaded via the link:

Proposals can be uploaded via the link:

Conditions of proposal:

  1. The business is run by an individual (not a group)
  2. The business can be conducted in Yogyakarta or outside Yogyakarta / the student's home region (there is evidence of a statement from the student's parents / guardians in the final report)
  3. The type of business is not limited, students are given the freedom to develop a business based on the source of funds from PMW. The selection team will look at the feasibility of the business and its prospects in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.
  4. Approved proposals will receive a maximum of 3 million/proposal.

Proposal stage Participant Requirements:
