Announcement of Registration of Prospective Students Accepted by SNMPTN Academic Year 2019/2020

ACADEMIC YEAR 2019/2020

It is announced to all participants of the New Student Admission Selection of Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta through the National Selection Pathway for State Universities (SNMPTN), that the names listed below are declared accepted as new student candidates of ISI Yogyakarta for the 2019/2020 academic year.

Furthermore, prospective students who are declared accepted are required to carry out registration by fulfilling the following provisions and requirements:

1. Download the Registration Guide and read it carefully on the page www.pmb.isi.ac.id information column.
2. Pay off fees Single tuition fee (UKT) based on the UKT tariff group criteria and the choice of study program, payable from April 10 - 15, 2019through all Bank BNI counters
3. Mention the College Code (PT) (ISI Yk. PT Code 8060) Nextbilling number using ISI Yk SNMPTN Registration no. 10 digits (exs: 1924110xxx) ,Example: 8060 1924110xxx
4. Fill out a statement form to become an ISI Yogyakarta student, in accordance with the Regular / Bidikmisi path, signed on a stamp and photocopied in triplicate (forms can be downloaded at www.pmb.isi.ac.id information column).
5. Fill out and sign the draft Study Plan Card (KRS) according to the selected study program (the form can be downloaded at www.pmb.isi.ac.id information column).
6. Fill out and sign the BNI ATM Application Form (form can be downloaded at www.pmb.isi.ac.id information column).
7. Print out the registration flow check-list (form can be downloaded at www.pmb.isi.ac.id information column).
8. MANDATORY ATTENDANCE and may not be represented on Monday April 15, 2019 at 08.00 - 14.00 WIB at the ISI Yogyakarta Rectorate Building to carry out re-registration / registration by submitting:
   • Photo copy of SNMPTN 2019 Participant Card as much as 1 (one) sheet.
   • Photocopy of proof slip of payment of tuition fees/UKT (item 2 above) from Bank BNI as many as 2 (two) sheets. For those who are accepted by the Bidikmisi special do not need to make UKT payments at Bank BNI, UKT payments will be taken into account in receiving the 2019 Bidikmisi scholarship.
   • Biodata and Student NIM (2 copies) that have been signed (obtained during registration at counter 1)
   • Certificate of Taking the Exam / Photocopy of Exam Card as much as 1 (one) sheet.
   • Statement Letter as ISI Yogyakarta Student (Original stamped Rp 6,000, - signed) and photocopied in triplicate
   • Drug Free Certificate from Doctor in accordance with the provisions of each faculty
   • Recent color passport with red background, size 3×4 as many as 4 sheets. (official passport with neat clothes not wearing a t-shirt) put in a small transparent plastic bag.
   • 1 (one) Rp 6,000.00 stamp duty to be signed in the BNI account opening application form.
   • Pay for student insurance with a fee of IDR 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand rupiah) 
   • Candidates who withdraw cannot withdraw the fees paid.
   • Complete files are arranged in order, put into color folders according to the faculty (FSP; red, FSR; blue, FSMR; yellow)

Special students admitted to the study program Music, Music Education, Music Creation, and Fine Arts are required to take a specialization placement test on the date of the test. April 15, 2019 at 08.00 - 11.00 WIB

Beware of fraud attempts on behalf of the PMB Committee. The committee does not contact personally / by telephone to all prospective students who have passed the selection process.
