This portal was developed to provide a more informative, organized, and easily accessible service experience. Visitors can get an overall picture of academic life, campus facilities, study program options, art activities, to visitation procedures in a more systematic way.

On the SARASI homepage, users are immediately welcomed with an invitation to directly explore the academic atmosphere of ISI Yogyakarta. This portal provides various main features such as Visit Registration, Status Tracking, visit procedure information, FAQs, campus event agendas, and Public Relations contact services. SARASI's existence is part of ISI Yogyakarta's strategy to expand access to art education information for the younger generation from various regions.

The campus visit program managed through this portal is primarily intended for high school students (SMA/SMK/MA) or equivalent who wish to experience the learning environment, art studios, laboratories, campus facilities, and student activities at ISI Yogyakarta firsthand. Through this program, participants can take a tour of campus facilities, obtain information about undergraduate and postgraduate programs, engage in dialogue with Public Relations representatives, and interact directly with current students.

SARASI presenting several visit categories that can be tailored to the needs of the school or visiting institution. These categories include:

Institute-level visit for general campus introduction;

Faculty or study program visits to explore a specific field of art.;

Field trip activities linked to active campus agendas such as exhibitions, performances, seminars, festivals, and workshops.

With this service model, schools can create more relevant and specific visit agendas that align with student needs. The SARASI portal also demonstrates a public service approach that is increasingly adaptable to the needs of the digital era. In this system, schools no longer have to manually send request letters; instead, they can choose the visit destination, set the schedule, upload documents, select the target study program, and monitor the application status online through the Track Status feature.

Additionally, SARASI provides a digital schedule calendar and visit request form. Users can specify morning or afternoon visit sessions, the number of participants, contact person, and desired activity preferences. The visit activity options are also quite diverse, ranging from Campus Life Experience, class and practicum observations, study program socialization, studio and campus facility tours, attending performances, seminars, general workshops, to specific study program workshops.

To maintain service quality, it is recommended to submit general visit requests at least three weeks before the event, while large-scale activities are recommended to be submitted four weeks in advance. After the submission is sent, confirmation will be provided within 1–3 business days. During the verification process, the Public Relations team of ISI Yogyakarta will coordinate with relevant faculties, study programs, and units to ensure the readiness of facilities, studios, laboratories, performance spaces, and accompanying personnel for the visit.

The final confirmation will include complete information regarding the schedule, meeting point, number of participants, visit rules, and other technical requirements. SARASI also provides an administrative document template in Microsoft Word format that schools can download and customize. This step is considered to simplify the administrative process and speed up coordination between schools and the campus.

The presence of SARASI demonstrates ISI Yogyakarta's efforts to not only be a center for art education but also an institution that actively builds more effective and professional public communication. This portal brings together the functions of promotion, education, public service, and dissemination of campus activities within one integrated digital ecosystem.
