Yogyakarta - Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Yogyakarta reaffirmed its commitment as a leading art university through organizing an activity entitled \u201cKnitting Friendship, Strengthening Synergy, and Performance of ISI Yogyakarta Rectorate Employees\u201d<\/em> which took place in the Lobby Rectorate of ISI Yogyakarta, Friday (3\/13\/2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This activity was officially opened by the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Dr. Irwandi, S.Sn., M.Sn., who in his speech emphasized the importance of strengthening collaboration, communication, and solidity among employees as the main foundation in supporting institutional transformation towards a globally competitive art college. \u201cInternal synergy is not only an administrative necessity, but also part of a grand strategy in building an adaptive, creative, and impactful institution. ISI Yogyakarta must continue to move as a living and productive art ecosystem,\u201d said the Rector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This activity was attended by leaders and employees within the Rectorate of ISI Yogyakarta, ranging from the Vice Chancellor, bureau heads, section heads, to education personnel from various work units, including academic, financial, planning, student affairs, to technical and support service units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of strengthening the capacity of human resources, this activity also presented Adhik Iwan Sulistiyanto, S.H., M.M. as a motivator. In his motivational session, Adhik Iwan highlighted the importance of a collaborative mindset, integrity, and service spirit in supporting the performance of modern organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He emphasized that the success of an institution is not only determined by the system, but also by the quality of the individuals within it. \u201cWhen every individual has the awareness to grow, contribute, and strengthen each other, the organization will have extraordinary collective energy,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apart from being a gathering event, this activity is also a space for joint reflection in improving employee performance and professionalism, while strengthening a productive, inclusive, and public service-oriented work culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the implementation of this activity, ISI Yogyakarta showed concrete steps in building strong institutional governance, as well as emphasizing its position as an art college that not only excels in the creation and study of art, but also in professional and sustainable organizational management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This activity is expected to be an important momentum in strengthening relationships between employees and encouraging improved performance that has a direct impact on the quality of service and reputation of ISI Yogyakarta at the national and international levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
