Yogyakarta, December 29, 2025 - Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta in collaboration with the Regional Government of Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY) officially opened the Orientation of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) Facilitation Cooperation Pattern in 2025, which took place at the DIY Education and Training Agency (Bandiklat), Gunung Sempu, Kasihan, Bantul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This orientation activity was officially opened by the Head of Bandiklat DIY, Amin Purwani, S.H., M.Ec.Dev., and attended by the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta Dr. Irwandi, S.Sn., M.Sn., the ranks of the Vice Rector, the Head of Planning, Finance and General Affairs Bureau, structural officials of ISI Yogyakarta, widyaiswara, and all PPPK orientation participants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ISI Yogyakarta Facilitation Pattern PPPK Orientation Year 2025 was attended by 89 participants, consisting of 5 lecturers and 84 education staff within ISI Yogyakarta. The program was held for three days, from 29 to 31 December 2025, with a classical learning method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his remarks, the Head of Bandiklat DIY emphasized that PPPK orientation is a strategic process to build ASN character, integrity, and professionalism, especially in supporting quality higher education services. Participants are equipped with an understanding of the basic values of ASN, code of ethics and code of conduct, bureaucratic work culture, as well as accountable and results-oriented performance orientation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The orientation material includes the introduction of organizational structure and work procedures, introduction to positions, organizational performance management, and application of ASN functions and duties in the workplace. The entire series of activities is facilitated by widyaiswara, experts, and resource persons who are competent in their fields. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this activity, ISI Yogyakarta emphasizes its commitment in building higher education support apparatus that is adaptive, has superior character, and is able to contribute significantly to improving the quality of academic services and governance of art universities at the national level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
