Tenggarong, November 17, 2025<\/em> - Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Yogyakarta officially ushered in and handed over leadership duties to Dr. Rina Martiara, M.Hum. as Acting Rector of Institut Seni Budaya Indonesia (ISBI) East Kalimantan. His presence at the ISBI East Kalimantan Campus, Tenggarong, was accompanied directly by the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta and the leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The welcoming atmosphere was warm and simple, involving the ISBI Kaltim academic community, ranging from lecturers, education staff, to students. After the welcoming procession, the activity continued with a group photo session as a sign of the beginning of a new task that will be carried out by Dr. Rina Martiara, M.Hum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The appointment of Dr. Rina Martiara, M.Hum. as Acting. Rector of ISBI East Kalimantan is expected to bring about the strengthening of institutional governance, improving the quality of the implementation of the tri dharma of higher education, as well as the development of an innovative and sustainable cultural arts ecosystem in the East Kalimantan region. With a strong academic track record and leadership experience, she is expected to be able to encourage the acceleration of ISBI East Kalimantan's progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the same occasion, ISI Yogyakarta also expressed its highest appreciation to Prof. Dr. I Wayan Dana, S.S.T., M.Hum. for his dedication and service as Coordinator of ISBI Kaltim for the period 2024\/2025. His contribution is an important foundation for strengthening the management of arts education in East Kalimantan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the official start of Dr. Rina Martiara's new duties, ISI Yogyakarta hopes that the cooperation between art institutions will be more solid and have a broad impact on the development of higher education in the arts in Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
