The Faculty of Fine Arts and Design (FSRD) ISI Yogyakarta organized an exhibition titled \"Roots & Beyond\"<\/em> <\/strong>from May 20 to June 8, 2025, at ISI Yogyakarta's R.J. Katamsi Gallery. The exhibition titled \"Roots & Beyond\"<\/em> <\/strong>was organized to celebrate the 41st anniversary of ISI Yogyakarta. The exhibition features two-dimensional, three-dimensional, installation and viewing works. Exhibition \"Roots & Beyond\" <\/em><\/strong>showcasing the works of lecturers, students, alumni and cooperation partners from Thailand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exhibition opening \"Roots & Beyond\"<\/em> <\/strong>held on May 20, 2025, at the R.J. Katamsi Gallery ISI Yogyakarta, at 16.00 WIB until completion. The exhibition was opened directly by the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Dr. Irwandi, M.Sn. and attended by the Vice Rectors of ISI Yogyakarta, Dean of FSRD ISI Yogyakarta, Dean of FSP ISI Yogyakarta, Dean of FSMR ISI Yogyakarta, officials in ISI Yogyakarta, students and invited guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his remarks, the Dean of FSRD ISI Yogyakarta, Muhamad Sholahuddin, S.Sn, M.T. said \"FSRD ISI Yogyakarta is still able to organize international exhibitions in this era of efficiency\". With a collaborative spirit, hopefully we will be able to maintain the 112th ranking for the subject art and design and even improve the ranking next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Dr. Irwandi, M.Sn. appreciated the hard work of the cast committee who were able to organize the exhibition in the midst of limitations. He further said that ISI Yogyakarta's ranking in the QS World University Ranking by Subject with a rank of 112 for the subject of art and design and a rank of 113 for the subject of performing arts is currently a magnet for foreign partners to collaborate. However, efficiency causes ISI Yogyakarta to be unable to fulfill all the collaboration invitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition titled \"Roots & Beyond\"<\/em> <\/strong>It is open to the general public and free of charge. Let's appreciate the artworks displayed by watching the exhibition at ISI Yogyakarta's R.J. Katamsi Gallery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
