ISI Yogyakarta held a Senate Session in order to graduate 617 graduates. Unlike usual, the graduation ceremony was held for two days, from September 7 to 8, 2024 at the ISI Yogyakarta Art Laboratory. The senate session was attended by the Senate, the Director of Postgraduate Program at ISI Yogyakarta, the Head of Study Program at ISI Yogyakarta, graduates, parents of graduates and invited guests. The graduation ceremony marks the new title carried by the graduates as well as showing the graduates' readiness to enter the world of work.<\/p>\n

The graduation period of the even semester of the 2023\/2024 academic year, ISI Yogyakarta graduated as many as 617 graduates. The number of graduates consists of 524 graduates from the undergraduate level, 34 graduates from the applied undergraduate \/ diploma IV level, 58 graduates from the master's level and 1 graduate from the doctoral level. The most successful graduates were from the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design with 239 graduates, followed by the Faculty of Performing Arts with 223 graduates, the Faculty of Recording Media Arts with 96 graduates and the Postgraduate Program with 59 graduates.<\/p>\n

The graduates will enter the world of work and compete with other competitors. With the provisions obtained at ISI Yogyakarta, graduates can work in government agencies, the private sector, entrepreneurship and become artists.<\/p>\n

In his speech, the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Dr. Irwandi, M.Sn. advised the alumni to be able to become campus ambassadors who build a positive image of ISI Yogyakarta in the community. As alumni, you should be a communicative person, have a good work ethic and be able to provide solutions to various problems faced in the workplace. ISI Yogyakarta will wait for you to return to campus as a new graduate program student or teaching practitioner.<\/p>\n
