The Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Dr. Irwandi, M.Sn. received a visit from the Shanghai Art Collection Museum delegation on July 23, 2024, in the VIP Room of the Rectorate of ISI Yogyakarta, at 13.00 WIB until completion. At the reception of this visit, the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta was accompanied by Muhamad Sholahuddin, S.T., M.T. (Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts), Dr. Yulriawan Dafri, M.Hum. (Assistant Dean I Faculty of Fine Arts) and Yulyta Kodrat P. S.ST., M.T. (Assistant Dean II Faculty of Fine Arts). While the delegation from Shanghai Art Collection Museum consisted of Hu Muqing (President), Mao Siwei (Head of Liason Department), Wang Weinan (Coordinator of Art and Education Department), He Yuxin (Coordinator of Liason Department) and Lu Jixiang (Coordinator of Exhibition Design Department). This visit was conducted in order to discuss the implementation of cooperation between ISI Yogyakarta and Shanghai Art Collection Museum. The purpose of the Shanghai Art Collection Museum Delegation visiting ISI Yogyakarta is to discuss further the implementation of possible cooperation between the two institutions.<\/p>\n

\"Thank you for the arrival of the Shanghai Art Collection Museum delegation to ISI Yogyakarta and thank you for the extraordinary cooperation so far,\" said Dr. Irwandi, M.Sn. when delivering a welcome speech. He added that hopefully in the future this collaboration will continue to grow so as to provide greater benefits for both institutions.<\/p>\n

According to the President of Shanghai Art Collection Museum, Hu Muqing \"ISI Yogyakarta is one of the partners that has supported various activities organized by Shanghai Art Collection Museum such as last year's exhibition held in Bali and next year we hope ISI Yogyakarta can support the exhibition that will be held in Indonesia. Next year Shanghai Art Collection Museum will organize various activities such as workshops and exhibitions in Indonesia.<\/p>\n

On this occasion the Shanghai Art Collection Museum accompanied by the leadership of ISI Yogyakarta witnessed the international photography exhibition My Homeland at the R.J. Katamsi Gallery ISI Yogyakarta which was held at the R.J. Katamsi Gallery ISI Yogyakarta. The Shanghai Art Collection Museum delegation enjoyed the works exhibited by local and international photographers.<\/p>\n
