This certificate was delivered by Sapto Hariyono, S.Hut., M.H. from PT Indo Asia International Solusi as ISI Yogyakarta's companion in implementing ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 21001-2018 to the Rector, Dr. Irwandi, M.Sn. This certificate was received by ISI Yogyakarta after conducting ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 21001-2018 in 2023 ago. The handover of ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 21001-2018 certificates was also witnessed by the Deans and Leaders of ISI Yogyakarta and ISI Yogyakarta education personnel.<\/p>\n<p>ISO 9001:2015 is one of the most well-known and generic international standards and the most appropriate and effective to be applied in all fields of business of an organization including Higher Education organizations. The ISO 21001:2018 standard is a customized Education Organization Management System from ISO 9001:2015. This standard is specifically prepared for the education sector in achieving its goals and carrying out its main function, namely providing quality education. These two management systems when applied in higher education organizations have high effectiveness and complement each other in terms of quality management and specific educational management that affects the image and quality of higher education. This system has been applied by countless companies\/agencies\/organizations in more than 150 countries.<\/p>\n<p>The implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 and 21001: 2018 at ISI Yogyakarta aims to make ISI Yogyakarta services meet quality standards. This effort is carried out as evidence that ISI Yogyakarta has a focus on meeting the needs and expectations of students, lecturers, education staff and other beneficiaries such as the industrial world market, government and parents of students.
