This workshop was attended by 100 participants consisting of lecturers and education personnel at ISI Yogyakarta. This workshop was held in order to form lecturers and education personnel in accordance with the needs of ISI Yogyakarta in the context of transformation towards the Public Service Agency (BLU). This workshop presented speakers Dr. Endang Parahyanti M.M., M.Psi. and Dr. Arum Etikariena, M.Psi. from the University of Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>In the context of transformation towards BLU, in order to realize international standard service governance, it is necessary to have <em>mindset change workshop <\/em>for lecturers and education personnel in order to provide its own motivation for lecturers and educators in evaluating themselves as well as developing their potential in adjusting the rapid changes in the world, especially in science and information technology with international standards.<\/p>\n<p>Change of mindset related to work culture from sectoral level to holistic integrative.
