The Center for Monitoring the Implementation of the Law, Secretariat General, House of Representatives visited the Faculty of Fine Arts (FSR) ISI Yogyakarta on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. The delegation of the Law Implementation Monitoring Center consisted of Novianto Murti Hantoro, S.H., M.H. (Acting Head of the Law Implementation Monitoring Center), Rizki Emil Birham, S. H., M.H., Rina Sartika Pamela, S.T., M.H., Ester Yolanda Friska, S.H., M.H., Rr. Lucia P. Dewi Damayanti Y., S.H., M.Kn. and Henny Listyowati, M.Si. The group was received by the Dean of FSR ISI Yogyakarta, Muhamad Sholahuddin, S.T., M.T., along with faculty leaders, heads of departments and heads of study programs. The visit of the Law Implementation Monitoring Center to FSR ISI Yogyakarta was carried out in the context of Monitoring the Implementation of Law Number 24 of 2019 concerning Creative Economy.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, the Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, ISI Yogyakarta conveyed the profile of FSR ISI Yogyakarta, various programs carried out by ISI Yogyakarta and the Faculty of Fine Arts ISI Yogyakarta in order to encourage the growth of the Creative Economy in Yogyakarta. Furthermore, he also conveyed that ISI Yogyakarta collaborates with partners both from government agencies and the industrial world in order to support the growth of the creative industry in Yogyakarta. Currently, ISI Yogyakarta is working with the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs to develop an art business incubator that will encourage the growth of creative economic actors in Yogyakarta.<\/p>\n

With this visit, an overview of the role of universities, especially ISI Yogyakarta, will be obtained in the development of the creative economy, said Novianto Murti Hantoro, S.H., M.H. as Plt. Head of the Law Implementation Monitoring Center. Universities with their human resources have great potential to support the growth of the creative economy in Indonesia, especially in Yogyakarta.<\/p>\n

The reception of this visit was closed with a souvenir exchange session from the Dean of FSR ISI Yogyakarta to Plt. Head of the Law Implementation Monitoring Center and a group photo session.<\/p>\n
