Lecturer in Theater Department, Faculty of Performing Arts, Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta Philipus Nugroho Hari Wibowo <\/strong>or what is often called Philipus Maliobowo<\/strong> again achieved international achievement at the end of 2023. After the previous year also received the same award in Viddsee juree Asia Awards 2022 <\/strong>in the category of Audience Choice Awards<\/em><\/strong> with his movie entitled \"Paket\" (package<\/em>). This year Philipus Maliobowo won again Viddsee juree Asia Awards 2023 <\/em><\/strong>in the category of Audience Choice Awards<\/em><\/strong>. With a movie he directed called \"Kinanthi\" with his film community Halusinema <\/em><\/strong>which has been established since 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Viddsee event, Philipus Maliobowo's achievement, who is often called Mas Bow by his students, was not only obtained twice. In 2020 and 2021, he also received the same award, namely Audience Choice Awards Viddsee The Juree Indonesia 2020 <\/em><\/strong>for a short film titled \"Koper Gendis\" and Audience Choice Awards Viddsee The Juree Indonesia 2021  <\/em><\/strong>for a short movie titled \"Nggabrul\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The movie Kinanthi tells the story of a young teacher named Laras<\/strong> (Putri Lindang Kirana<\/em>) who tried to give understanding to his father Prasojo <\/strong>(Bambang Paningron) who is a retired teacher about Free to Learn<\/strong>. For Prasojo, educating must be in accordance with the methods of his time, when he was a teacher. The results are measurable and proven. For him, freedom must be understood first and then implemented. Giving freedom to children today seems like neglect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laras feels that it is time for her to be free, to escape Prasojo's shadow, especially Prasojo's doctrine of a conventional view of education. Because she must convey independence and freedom of learning to her students at school and to Kinant (Rafi Zayyan Nasir) her son at home. The movie Kinanthi tries to present another point of view about learning freedom and independence of learning promoted by mas Mentri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kinanthi was selected as a film that received production funding assistance at the 8th Puskat Film festival in 2022 and was awarded the Ruedi Hofmann Media Awards 2022 at the top night of the Puskat Film Festival 8 - 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the production of Kinathi, Philipus Maliobowo and his friends from Halusinema (Yohanes Carol, Hany Alkatiri, Kurniati) collaborated with Omah Casting Ibnu Gundul (OCIG), Oemah Larasati, Gajah Mada, Eko Sulkan and involved students of the theater department, especially students who took the Drama film production class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
