The orchestra, the pride of the ISI Yogyakarta academic community, managed to qualify for the Grand Final after auditioning by sending a DVD recording to the Osaka Music Competition 2023 Committee. In the grand final Orkes Keroncong Gema Saraswati will compete with other music groups from various countries.<\/p>\n<p>Orkes Keroncong Gema Saraswati is a keroncong orchestra consisting of students and lecturers of the Music Presentation Study Program, Faculty of Performing Arts ISI Yogyakarta. The personnel of this keroncong orchestra include Danny Cari, S.Sn., M.M. H. Mulyadi Cahyoraharjo, M.Sn., Lukas Hirano Praditya, Rahma Chittara Hakim, Rifandi Erma Nurfarizi, Satrio Bagus Wicaksono, Alfarel Yafit Sugandhi and Vialinda Dewi Fortuna. In the grand final, Orkes Keroncong Gema Saraswati performed Bengawan Solo by Gesang.<\/p>\n<p>By participating in this competition, lecturers and students of the Music Presentation Study Program will experience the atmosphere of competing in music at the international level. The experience of competing at the international level will build the confidence of students and lecturers and provide opportunities to share experiences with the ISI Yogyakarta academic community after participating in the competition.
