Katamsi ISI Yogyakarta in collaboration with Prasidha 93 organized a workshop entitled \"Art Education: Past and Present\" on Friday, October 14, 2022, at 09.00-11.30 WIB and located at the R.J. Katamsi Gallery ISI Yogyakarta. To discuss the topic, 3 speakers will be presented, namely Prof. Dr. M. Dwi Marianto MFA. (Lecturer FSR ISI Yogyakarta), Drs. Titoes Libert, M.Sn. (Retired Lecturer FSR ISI Yogyakarta) and Setyo Priyo Nugroho, M.Sn. (Lecturer FSR ISI Yogyakarta). The workshop on \"Art Education Past and Present\" will be hosted by Sri Wahyuningsing (Secretary I Prasidha 93).<\/p>\n<p>The Indonesian nation has now been independent for 77 years. This age can be a reflection of the efforts of this nation to develop and improve in various fields. Improvements are made in an effort to educate and prosper the nation. Especially in the context of educating the nation, has education in the country developed into a quality educational institution that is able to adapt to the dynamics of the times? Especially what about the condition of art education institutions?<\/p>\n<p>To answer this question, Galeri R.J. Katamsi ISI Yogyakarta in collaboration with Prasidha 93 organized a workshop entitled \"Art Education: Past and Present\". In this workshop the speakers will discuss aspects of financing, curriculum, selection system and tradition in art education institutions.
