The Head of the State Civil Service Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, Dr. Ir. Bima Haria Wibisana, MSIS, conveyed the concept of \"Hybrid Working and Work From Anyware at ISI Yogyakarta\" at the discussion forum \"ASN Service Transformation towards Work From Anywhere\" at ISI Yogyakarta on Friday, June 24, 2022, at 09.00 to 11.00 WIB. This discussion forum was attended by education staff, lecturers, leaders at ISI Yogyakarta and invitations from several other state campuses and institutions. This discussion forum aims to describe the concept of work from anywhere as a form of ASN service transformation.<\/p>\n

Society is starting to transform towards digital life. All activities carried out by the community are supported by information and communication technology applications and devices. The utilization of information technology products is a necessity for people to carry out their daily activities. This was the statement made by Prof. Dr. M. Agus Burhan, M.Hum., in his remarks when opening the discussion forum \"ASN Service Transformation towards Work From Anywhere\".<\/p>\n

According to Dr. Ir. Bima Haria Wibisana, MSIS, the millennial generation is now entering government agencies. This generation has competence in the field of information technology and relies heavily on information technology products to support their daily activities. The ability to utilize information technology products allows the State Civil Apparatus of the millennial generation to work from anywhere and anytime. This phenomenon certainly needs to be responded to by government agencies so that the State can optimize the potential of the millennial generation who have status as State Civil Apparatus.<\/p>\n

At the end of his presentation, Dr. Ir. Bima Haria Wibisana, MSIS. conveyed the need for creativity for a state civil apparatus. Creativity will ensure that a State Civil Apparatus is able to survive in this competitive era.<\/p>\n
