The seminar will be held online on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 09.00 to 12.00 WIB. In this national seminar, two speakers will be presented, namely, Dr. Sumaryono, M.Si. Psychologist. (Trainer and Psychology Consultant - Lecturer at Faculty of Psychology UGM) and Dra. Arifah Sismita, M.Si. (Certification \/ Competency Assessor LSP Librarian PERPUSNAS RI) and guided by Moderator Jody Santoso, A.Md. (Supervisor Librarian ISI Yogyakarta).<\/p>\n<p>The digital era demands increased competence for librarians. A balance between hard skills and soft skills is needed to keep up with the dynamic changes. Competent librarians are the key to the library's success in providing excellent service to the users. Users are highly dependent on information technology products and rely on digital information to support their daily activities.<\/p>\n<p>UPT Perpustakaan ISI Yogyakarta invites librarians, academics, literacy activists, students, observers, and researchers in the field of Library and Information Science to join this national seminar. prospective seminar participants are expected to register at the link <a href=\"https:\/\/s.id\/seminarisiyogyakarta\">https:\/\/s.id\/seminarisiyogyakarta<\/a>.
