RELOCATION UTBK-SBMPTN 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dear UTBK-SBMPTN 2020 Participants<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All over Indonesia<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In connection with the change in exam frequency from 4 (four) sessions to 2 (two) sessions per day, the following important points are conveyed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Each participant MANDATORY<\/strong> reprint the participant identification card through http:\/\/portal.ltmpt.ac.id<\/a> on the UTBK-SBMPTN Registration menu starting on the following date June 29, 2020 at 14.00 WIB until July 2, 2020 at 12.00 WIB<\/strong>.<\/li>
  2. Because of Surabaya State University (UNESA) UTBK Center NOT<\/strong> held UTBK with reasons and considerations from UNESA, then all participants who previously chose to take the test at the UNESA UTBK Center RELOCATED<\/strong> to UTBK Center Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) and UTBK Center of Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS).<\/li>
  3. Participants who get a schedule to take the test at the implementation of UTBK phase I (July 5-14, 2020) and NOT<\/strong> can take the test because they do not meet the requirements of the regional Covid-19 Task Force REQUIRED<\/strong> report to the UTBK Center where the person concerned must take the test (according to what is printed on the new participant identification card) no later than the following date July 2, 2020 at 16.00 WIB<\/strong>. If the request is approved by the UTBK Center, participants will be relocated to UTBK Phase II.<\/li>
  4. Participants who get a schedule to take the test at UTBK phase II implementation (July 20-29, 2020) and NOT<\/strong> can take the test at the UTBK Center that has been determined for reasons of force majeure\/ force majeure<\/em> (such as: access difficulties to come to the exam location, disasters, and so on) and\/or do not meet the requirements of the regional Covid-19 Task Force, participants REQUIRED<\/strong> report to the UTBK Center where the person concerned must take the test (as printed on the new participant identification card) on July 6-10, 2020 during working hours.<\/li>
  5. Participants MANDATORY<\/strong> submit reports on Items 3 and 4 truthfully and honestly. If it turns out that the report submitted NOT TRUE<\/strong>, participants do not ALLOWED<\/strong> to take part in UTBK.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Thus this announcement is submitted for your understanding. We ask for synergistic cooperation between participants, UTBK Center, and LTMPT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
