{"id":15926,"date":"2020-03-19T15:37:35","date_gmt":"2020-03-19T08:37:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archive.isi.ac.id\/?p=15926"},"modified":"2020-03-19T15:37:35","modified_gmt":"2020-03-19T08:37:35","slug":"alertness-and-prevention-of-corona-pandemic-spread-in-the-environment-of-the-indonesia-institute-of-the-arts-isi-yogyakarta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.isi.ac.id\/en\/2020\/03\/19\/alertness-and-prevention-of-corona-pandemic-spread-in-the-environment-of-the-indonesia-institute-of-the-arts-isi-yogyakarta\/","title":{"rendered":"Alertness and Prevention of Corona Pandemic Spread in the Environment of the Indonesia Institute of the Arts (ISI) Yogyakarta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>CIRCULAR\nLETTER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Number: 1176\n\/ 1T4 \/ PP \/ 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>About<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Alertness\nand Prevention of Corona Pandemic Spread in the Environment of the Indonesia\nInstitute of the Arts (ISI) Yogyakarta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In response to the\nCircular of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia\nNumber 35492 \/ A.A5 \/ HK \/ 2020 Regarding Prevention of Corona Virus Disease\n(Covid-19), the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta set further steps to prevent the spread of\nthe Corona pandemic in the ISI Yogyakarta environment as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Remind and encourage all lecturers,\nstudents, and education staff to practice and civilize a Clean and Healthy\nLifestyle in accordance with the guidelines given by the Ministry of Health of\nthe Republic of Indonesia;<\/li><li>Teaching and Learning activities\ncontinue to run by implementing the following policies:<ol><li>Starting from Monday, March 16<sup>th<\/sup>\nto Saturday, March 28<sup>th<\/sup>, 2020, changed the form of face-to-face\nlectures to online learning (online learning system).<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Not to carry out Classical learning.\nThe lecturers can give weekly assignments to students whose results can be\nreported to lecturers in the courses using WhatsApp or e-mail.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Practical learning is carried out\nindependently in each student's house or private studio. The lecturers give\nindependent assignments to students to make work or deepen the material at home or in their respective studios.\nor in their respective studios. The results of independent work can be reported\nto the lecturers of the course by e-mail or WhatsApp.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>To guarantee the learning process,\nthe lecturers are advised to make WAG (WhatsApp Group), LINE, Instagram, and\nother similar applications for each subject to facilitate coordination and\ngiving assignment.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Consultation or guiding the final\nproject can be carried out online by e-mail, WhatsApp, or other similar\napplications. <\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Field lectures, professional orientation\nstudies, and similar lectures were postponed.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>The implementation of research and\ncommunity service activities that involve data collection and community\nactivities, can be rescheduled and adjusted to the development of the\nsituation;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All lecturers, students, and\neducation staff are asked to postpone or reschedule various activities that\ncause a large crowd (exhibitions, performances, screenings, workshops and\nseminars) and adjusted according to developments of the situation;<\/li><li>All lecturers. students, and\neducation staff are requested to postpone or reschedule domestic and overseas\ntrips. Deans, the Director of the Postgraduate Program, the Heads of Departments and Study Programs are asked to coordinate with partner universities abroad.\nand Study Programs are asked to coordinate with partner universities abroad to\nfind the best possible solution to the administrative and academic consequences\nof this delay.<\/li><li>This Circular also applies to PSDKU\nISI Yogyakarta in East Kalimantan (ISBI East Kalimantan) - PSDKU ISI\nYogyakarta in Yogyakarta (Yogyakarta Arts and Culture Academy Community).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aside from the things\nmentioned above, ISI Yogyakarta continues to carry out its activities as usual,\nwhile waiting for further developments related to the Corona pandemic. May the\nAlmighty God always bestow His mercy to us all.
