For those who are accepted by the <strong>Bidikmisi special <\/strong>do not need to make UKT payments at Bank BNI, UKT payments will be taken into account in receiving the 2019 Bidikmisi scholarship.<\/li>\n<li>Biodata and Student NIM (4 copies) that have been signed (obtained during registration at counter 1)<\/li>\n<li>Legalized copies of diplomas and SKHUN for 2018 and previous graduates, legalized copies of SKL \/ SKHUS \/ SKHUN for 2019 graduates, 1 sheet each.<\/li>\n<li>Statement Letter as ISI Yogyakarta Student (Original stamped Rp 6,000, - signed) and photocopied in triplicate<\/li>\n<li>Drug Free Certificate from Doctor<\/li>\n<li>Latest color passport with red background, size 3\u00d74 as many as 2 sheets. (official photo with neat clothes not wearing a t-shirt) put in a small transparent plastic bag.<\/li>\n<li>1 (one) Rp 6,000.00 stamp duty to be signed in the BNI account opening application form.<\/li>\n<li>Pay for student insurance with a fee of IDR 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand rupiah)<\/li>\n<li>For prospective students who have not registered on July 24, 2019, until 16.00 WIB is considered <strong>resign<\/strong> and lost his right to be a student of ISI Yogyakarta.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates who withdraw cannot withdraw the fees paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Special students admitted to the study program <strong>Music, Music Education, Music Creation, and Fine Arts<\/strong> are required to take a specialization placement test on July 24, 2019 at 08.00 - 11.00 WIB.
