PROCEDURE FOR ISSUING DELAYED GRADES FOR UTBK 2019 PARTICIPANTS <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on the LTMPT leadership meeting on Thursday, April 18, 2019, at 20.30 WIB, it is known that many violations of the Participant Code of Conduct were found during the UTBK implementation. Considering that violations of the Participant Code of Conduct result in DELAYED UTBK SCORES TO CANCELLATION OF UTBK RESULTS<\/strong> for Participants who violate, it is respectfully conveyed that all UTBK Participants need to pay attention to, as follows. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The list of participants whose UTBK scores cannot be given \/ delayed will be submitted to the participants concerned when accessing the scores on the LTMPT announcement page. <\/li>
  2. Participants should call the LTMPT Secretariat at (021) 310-4041 or email: sekretariat@ltmpt.ac.id. <\/li>
  3. The LTMPT Secretariat will inform participants what documents have not met the requirements. <\/li>
  4. Participants upload the documents requested by the LTMPT secretariat. <\/li>
  5. The LTMPT Secretariat verifies the documents and their correctness. <\/li>
  6. If the verification results of the LTMPT secretariat show that there is no violation, then the participant's score will be issued. <\/li>
  7. Students get grades through the page https:\/\/pengumumanutbk.ltmpt.ac.id<\/a> using username<\/em> and password<\/em> which is used during UTBK registration. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Thus this Circular Letter is submitted, please pay attention and thank you for your good cooperation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
